Shipping Policies

Please note:

• All prices are listed in US dollars. All orders will include delivery charges and applicable sales tax.
• You will receive e-mail confirming that your order was submitted.
• You will be contacted within 48 hours to verify your order information.
• All orders are shipped two day air (usually at the reduced Jarvis rate) unless otherwise requested.
• All orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday unless otherwise requested and weather permitting.
• Following release dates, weather permitting, items will be shipped within the next week.
• Help us help you. Please provide a valid and complete e-mail address that includes the "@information" (for example: name@somethingorother.com).

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old.
