Our Guarantee
We take great care in creating our wines and stand behind the quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by email or phone 707-255-5280 ext. 1.

Adult Signature Required
To ensure proper delivery, we recommend your wine order be sent to a business address, or other day time address, where an individual over 21 years of age is available to sign for the order.
Customers are responsible for all fees that occur when a shipment is returned to the winery because no one was available to sign for the delivery (costs vary).
Once a shipment is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to determine if you'd like us to reship the order and if there is a new address. If we cannot reach you after 45 days, we will return the product to inventory and credit your account.

Address Corrections
Every now and then it happens that we get slightly incorrect shipping information from our customers: Numbers get transposed, or ZIP codes are incorrect. Fortunately most carriers catch this mistake & proceed with the delivery, but will charge us $5.50 for that service. Please be sure that your information is accurate to avoid receiving this charge.
