2007 Merlot
92 points - Beverage Testing Institute. The Merlot is so desired that it is one our first wines to
deplete, so get yours early! It is barrel aged for 18 months in new French Haute Futaie oak. It is bottled unfined and
unfiltered delivering flavors and aromas of
dark cherries, chocolate, cassis and exotic flowers. This wine has been cave aged and was released when our winemaker felt it was ready for full enjoyment. Best to consume within ten years
