Our estate grown, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship wine. With a minimum of 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels, it is released only after nearly five years of aging in our perfect cave conditions. A wine of superior balance, you can taste the care that this wine has received, making it ready to enjoy upon release.
The 2008 vintage of this remarkable 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was a very small production (only 599 cases) and we anticipate that this wine will sell out quickly. Twenty-five months in new French Haute Futaie oak barrels adds a dimension of toasty vanilla to the intense candied fruit and allspice aromas.
