Tour & Tasting Reservation
The Jarvis Tour & Tasting, truly a journey like no other into the world of exceptional winemaking, is available daily, but only by appointment. We strive to keep each tour group small to maximize the experience and only a limited number of tours are offered each day. We therefore suggest contacting the winery as early as possible to schedule your visit as tours often book up weeks in advance.
The fee for the Tour & Tasting is $60 per person; Jarvis Inner Circle Members (formerly Jarvis Wine Club) are guests of Leticia and William Jarvis, and do not pay a fee. We ask that you allot at least 90 minutes for your visit so that you can fully enjoy and appreciate the unique Jarvis experience.Tours are customarily offered at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
For the month of February, guests will be tasting the following wines during their visit: Chardonnay Estate 2009, Merlot 2007, Lake William Blend 2007, Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, Cabernet Franc 2006 and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2005.
All Tour & Tasting reservations at JARVIS are secured with a credit card, including reservations for Jarvis Inner Circle Members (formerly Jarvis Wine Club). Our standard cancellation policy does apply (see below).
We cannot accommodate visitors under the age of 21.
To book a tour please contact the winery at 1-800-255-5280 ext. 150 or you can fill out the form below. We will contact you within 48 hours to sign you up for an available tour. Requesting a tour via the website does not guarantee availability and your credit card is not charged at the time of the request. If your desired reservation date is less than 3 days away, we highly recommend contacting the winery via telephone at 1-800-255-5280 ext. 150 within the United States or 707-255-5280 ext. 150 from international locations.
Cancellation Policy: Changes in number of guests and cancellations must be received no less than 24 hours in advance of the Tasting Tour. This allows for waiting list guests to be accommodated, otherwise the credit card will be charged the full tasting tour fee for the original number scheduled in the party. A 7 day cancellation and change policy applies for groups over 6 people.
Annual Holidays the Winery is Closed: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), Christmas Day and December 26th. We are also closed on October 12th and 13th to prepare for our Harvest Ball.
