93 Points. Gold Medal - Exceptional. Beverage Testing Institute. Garnet black color. Lively, fruity, savory complex aromas and flavors of dried cassis, spiced nuts, vanilla and mocha buttercream, and tobacco with a satiny, tangy, fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, nuanced, medium-long chocolate berries and apples, nutskin, and toasty cedar finish with well-integrated, crunchy tannins and moderate oak. A lively, crunchy, well-oaked red that will shine at the table.

92 Points. Excellent. Wine Enthusiast. A blend of almost equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with smaller handfuls of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, this estate-grown wine is sanguine in smoky leather and tobacco. Rich, with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, it has a lengthy finish that is balanced and elegant on the palate.

94 Points. Gold Medal. Exceptional. Pure mulberry and boysenberry aromas and flavors with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, vanilla bean, olive skin, peppery spice and earth nuanced finish. Very complex and expressive in a class oak frame.

92 Points. Gold Medal. Cellar Selection. Wine Enthusiast. Directly from the bottle, this Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend is tight and closed. The tannins and acids dominate, despite a wealth of sweet fruit flavors like blackberry, cherry and cassis. In all respects, especially structurally, it’s a pedigreed wine. Have faith in its future, and cellar it for eight years.
